- Overseeing end-to-end company administration in the UAE, from formation, corporate bank account opening, and tax/VAT registration to employee onboarding, visa processing, setup of individual and group medical insurance, WPS, DEWS and other statutory registrations, through to liquidation and tax de-registration;
