Dana has extensive experience in cross-border M&A transactions and corporate governance, business structuring and restructuring, regulatory issues, foreign investments, dispute resolution and economic sanctions.
She provides comprehensive advice to corporate and private clients on a wide range of matters in the UAE, including the establishment and reorganization of various corporate structures (companies, foundations, trusts, etc.), tax planning, banking, real estate, and labor law. Dana is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
Prior to joining White Circle, Dana worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, top-tier American law firm.
