Adil is a partner at White Circle.
Adil has extensive experience in advising major companies on various matters, including M&A deals, joint ventures, corporate governance, business restructuring, regulatory matters, sanctions law, disputes resolution, and financing.
His experience also includes advising corporate and private clients on a wide range of UAE legal and corporate matters, such as setting up and administration of corporate structures, investments, real estate, financing, hereditary planning, and cryptocurrency regulation.
Adil has been recognised by leading international rankings for his work on regulatory matters.
Prior to joining White Circle, Adil worked at leading international law firms DLA Piper and White & Case.
